Shipping, Delivery & Instructions

After purchasing, your spell kit will be handmade, packed, and shipped directly to you.

Approximately 24 hours after purchase, you will receive an email from hello@chasinghappinessllc.com containing your prayer and ritual instructions. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be handmade, packed, and shipped depending on order volume. This timeframe refers to when your order will ship, not when it will arrive.

Business days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ET. Business days do not include weekends, holidays, scheduled school closures, or days Chasing Happiness LLC is closed due to unexpected school closures, child illness, or other necessary family-care circumstances.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Address & Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address after purchasing, you must contact chasinghappiness789@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once your order has entered fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, Chasing Happiness LLC cannot change or redirect the shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer causes a package to be delayed, misdelivered, undeliverable, or returned to sender, Chasing Happiness LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

If your package is returned to Chasing Happiness LLC because of an incorrect or incomplete address and you would like it shipped again, you are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Your package will be reshipped after the additional shipping charge has been paid.

If a package cannot be recovered or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will not be replaced or refunded.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying your shipping information before checkout and agree to pay any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. You also acknowledge that once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will not be eligible for a refund.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by their country, customs authority, or carrier.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge paid at checkout and are not paid by Chasing Happiness LLC.

If your package requires additional customs, duties, taxes, or other import-related fees before or upon delivery, you are responsible for paying those charges in full.

Refusing delivery, failing to pay customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges, or failing to retrieve a package from customs or the carrier does not qualify the order for a cancellation, replacement, or refund.

If an international package is returned to Chasing Happiness LLC and you would like it shipped again, you are responsible for all additional shipping costs and any other applicable charges before the package will be reshipped.

By purchasing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other destination-country charges are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Chasing Happiness LLC.

Handmade Candles

Each candle is handmade in large batches. Because of the handmade nature of these products and the volume in which they are produced, your candle may vary slightly in appearance from the photos shown.

Small differences in color, fill level, decoration, placement, shape, or overall appearance are normal. Tea-light containers may also experience minor cosmetic bending, denting, or other cosmetic changes during production, packing, or shipping. These cosmetic variations do not affect the intended purpose or use of the spell kit and do not qualify the order for a replacement or refund.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep your candle away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow all instructions provided with your spell kit.

Do not burn a candle if the tea-light container arrives significantly damaged or deformed in a way that could make the candle unsafe to burn.

Final Sale

Spell kits are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
