NO REFUND POLICY — CHASING HAPPINESS LLC

All sales are final. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All services and digital programs — including The End of Manifesting: Powered by Subliminal Academy — are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final sale.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 business hours in advance. Weekends, holidays, or days the business is closed do not count toward this timeframe.
  • Clients are allowed a maximum of 2 reschedules with 48 business hours notice per booking. After 2, the service is forfeited with no refund or credit.
  • Once a session begins, it is considered delivered even if ended early.

Scheduling & Communication

  • Business hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm EST.
    • Business days for Chasing Happiness LLC exclude weekends, U.S. holidays, and any school-closure days when children are home.

     

  • Messages received outside business hours (including weekends) are considered received the next business day.
  • All official communication must be by email. Social media messages, texts, or DMs are not monitored.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide all required intake information no later than 48 business hours before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture with no refund.
  • Harassment, aggressive messaging, or repeated unwanted contact forfeits the session immediately with no refund.

 

 

Delivery Timeline

  • Services are delivered within 14 business days after all required information is received, unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital programs, subliminals, and Academy access (including The End of Manifesting: Powered by Subliminal Academy) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this instant access, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • Chasing Happiness LLC reserves the right to extend timelines for 1:1 services in rare cases of energetic misalignment or emergencies. Extensions do not qualify for refunds.

Digital Products & Academy Access

 

  • Enrollment in The End of Manifesting: Powered by Subliminal Academy and all other digital programs, subliminals, and intellectual property is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final sale.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge you are receiving immediate access to digital content, which cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.
  • Failure to use or access purchased content does not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.
  • Sharing, distributing, or reselling Academy content is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

Service Terms

 

  • All services — including readings, rituals, and shamanic healings — are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final sale.
  • Each booking is a custom energetic service requiring sacred preparation, spiritual channeling, and personalized energetic work. This labor cannot be undone, retracted, or “returned.”
  • Once booked, you may not cancel or substitute your service for another.
  • Required Client Information: Some services require a completed questionnaire or intake form prior to delivery. Failure to complete these in full, with clear and detailed responses, at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in rescheduling at my discretion. After two reschedules, the session will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
  • Material Omissions: If a client withholds critical information — such as the presence of active magic, entity attachments, or other high-risk energetic conditions — and such conditions are discovered before or during the session, Chasing Happiness LLC reserves the right to:
    1. Halt the session immediately, and/or
    2. Require a separate booking at an adjusted rate to address the condition.

  • Failure or refusal to book the additional work will result in the service being marked complete with no refund or credit.
  • Refusal of Service: Chasing Happiness LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if the client’s behavior, communication, or energy is deemed unsafe, aggressive, harassing, threatening, or in violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated unwanted contact, abusive language, attempts to intimidate, or pressuring the business for faster delivery outside the agreed timeline. In such cases, the service will be marked complete with no refund or credit.

Booking & Scheduling

  • If you are given multiple appointment times, your preferred time slot is not reserved until confirmed.
  • Failure to reply within posted booking windows may result in forfeiture of the session at the discretion of Chasing Happiness LLC.
  • All emails require a response in order to proceed and count towards business days. 
  • All cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or rebooking.
  • Maximum Reschedules: After two missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments, your session will be marked as complete and ineligible for rebooking or refund. This applies regardless of reason.
  • Session Completion Clause: Once a session begins, it is considered delivered — even if the service must be ended early due to withheld information, unsafe conditions, or violations of these terms.
  • Clients are given a 5 minute grave period during all 1:1 Video Chat Google Meet Sessions. If the client does not show up, the session is considered forfeited and complete. There will be no refunds and the client must purchase again if they wish to book. As stated on the product page, by purchasing you agree with all Chasing Happiness LLC Policies.

Communication

  • All official communication must be sent via email.
  • Social media messages, order notes, DMs, or text messages are not monitored.
  • Failure to provide a working email or check your inbox during your delivery window is not the responsibility of Chasing Happiness LLC.

Energetic Integrity & Boundaries

  • Harassment, bullying, pushiness, aggressive messages, or disrespectful communication automatically forfeits your right to receive the service, and your payment will not be refunded or applied toward future sessions.
  • Safety Clause: If, at any point before or during the service, the work is determined to pose an energetic or personal safety risk (including but not limited to active magic, entity attachments, or hostile energy), Chasing Happiness LLC reserves the right to halt the work and/or require specialized services at an additional cost. Refusal to proceed under these terms results in the service being marked complete with no refund or credit.

Paypal Policy ;

PayPal is for tips only and cannot be used to book services. All services must be purchased through the website to be valid.

LEGAL & ENERGETIC AGREEMENT

By purchasing any service, digital program, or offering from Chasing Happiness LLC — including The End of Manifesting: Powered by Subliminal Academy — you legally, energetically, and spiritually agree to the above terms in full.

By submitting payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full, and waive all rights to refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals.
