Turnaround Time & Cancellation Policy
Turnaround Time:
All services offered on this website are subject to a standard turnaround time of 4–14 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Turnaround time begins the next business day after your order is placed and all required information has been submitted.

If additional details or clarification are needed, the timeline may be paused until the necessary information is received.

We always strive to complete your order as soon as possible within the stated timeframe.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $75 rebooking fee.

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show.

In this case, a $75 rebooking fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Repeated late arrivals may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
